When contacting the support team, it is helpful if you can include the following information:
The device you are using (e.g. Windows PC, Mac, tablet, smartphone).
The browser you are using (e.g. Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox).
A brief description of the issue (e.g. login error message, video not loading, quiz not submitting).
Screenshots if possible, to help us identify the problem.
Common Issues
- Login problems
- Double-check your username and password.
- If you have forgotten your password, use the “Forgotten your password?” link on the login page to reset it.
- If you still can’t log in, contact the support team.
- Access to content
- Some materials unlock only after earlier sections are completed.
- Work through the course in the suggested order.
- Technical difficulties (videos, quizzes, or interactive content)
- Refresh the page.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies.
- Try a different browser (e.g. switch from Safari to Chrome).
- If possible, test on another device (e.g. mobile instead of laptop).
