When contacting the support team, it is helpful if you can include the following information:

  • The device you are using (e.g. Windows PC, Mac, tablet, smartphone).

  • The browser you are using (e.g. Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox).

  • A brief description of the issue (e.g. login error message, video not loading, quiz not submitting).

  • Screenshots if possible, to help us identify the problem.

Common Issues

  • Login problems
    • Double-check your username and password.
    • If you have forgotten your password, use the “Forgotten your password?” link on the login page to reset it.
    • If you still can’t log in, contact the support team.
  • Access to content
    • Some materials unlock only after earlier sections are completed.
    • Work through the course in the suggested order.
  • Technical difficulties (videos, quizzes, or interactive content)
    • Refresh the page.
    • Clear your browser cache and cookies.
    • Try a different browser (e.g. switch from Safari to Chrome).
    • If possible, test on another device (e.g. mobile instead of laptop).
